Wow its been a while since the last post. Time really does fly in this industry. The severe weather in Alberta over the past few years has kept us very busy. Theres been a lot of claims reported over the past few years and its really given us a chance to show our clients what sets us apart from the competition. Its a great feeling being able to help a client who’s suffered a loss.
We launched a new website in 2010 and had great feedback from our clients We’ve learned what features they love and what they’d like to see us add to our website. There are exciting times ahead a Young & Haggis. We’ve listened and are in the process of re-vamping both the website and our iPhone app to provide our valued clients with even better customer service. We’re talking features that other brokers just aren’t offering at present. Its going to take a few months finish working all the bugs out…. but we promise its going to be worth it.
No two days are ever the same in our industry and we’re sure this year will be no different. Exciting times are certainly ahead. Oh and we’ll try to keep the blog posts flowing.
